16S rRNA Gene Amplicon Sequencing and Community Profiling

Interns will analyze 16S rRNA gene sequences to characterize bacterial and archaeal community composition across different environmental or clinical samples. They will perform quality control, OTU clustering, and statistical analysis to compare microbiome diversity and structure between sample groups.
