Fermentation Optimization and Scale-Up
Interns will optimize culture conditions (pH, temperature, oxygen levels, nutrient formulations) to maximize probiotic cell viability and yield. They will work with bioreactors to scale fermentation processes while maintaining strain stability and conducting quality control analyses.
