Genomic Data Mining for Disease-Associated Variants

Interns will process and analyze large-scale genomic datasets to identify genetic variants associated with disease pathways and potential therapeutic targets. Using bioinformatics pipelines and statistical tools, they will interpret sequencing data and prioritize candidate genes for further drug development investigation.
