Immunoassay Development and Optimization
Interns will participate in designing and optimizing immunoassays (ELISA, Western blotting, flow cytometry) to detect and quantify biomarkers with clinical relevance. They will troubleshoot assay performance, validate specificity and sensitivity, and standardize protocols for diagnostic applications.
