Protein Aggregation and Misfolding Pathways
Interns will investigate the mechanisms of pathological protein folding in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. Work includes analyzing amyloid-beta and alpha-synuclein aggregation using biochemical assays, molecular modeling, and cellular imaging techniques to understand disease progression.
