Neural Differentiation from Pluripotent Stem Cells
Interns will investigate the molecular mechanisms and signaling pathways that drive pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) toward neural lineages. They will conduct experiments involving growth factor administration, gene expression analysis via qPCR and RNA-seq, and immunofluorescence characterization of neural markers at different differentiation stages.
