Reinforcement Learning for Strain Optimization and Fermentation Control

Interns will implement reinforcement learning algorithms to optimize microbial strain engineering decisions and fermentation process parameters. They will train RL agents on simulated bioreactor environments to maximize yield and productivity of engineered microorganisms.
