CRISPR-Cas9 Gene Editing in Crop Species
Interns will design and execute gene editing experiments using CRISPR-Cas9 technology to introduce desirable traits in major crop plants such as wheat, rice, or maize. They will perform molecular characterization of edited lines, conduct off-target analysis, and evaluate phenotypic changes in controlled greenhouse environments.
