Mammalian Cell-Based Protein Production Systems

Interns will work with mammalian cell culture systems for producing therapeutic proteins, including cell line development, transfection optimization, and bioreactor monitoring. They will evaluate production yields and perform post-translational modification analysis of expressed proteins.
