Genetic Toggle Switch Implementation

Interns will design and construct bistable genetic circuits that can switch between two stable states using repressible promoters and positive feedback loops. They will perform computational modeling using tools like MATLAB or Python to predict circuit behavior, followed by wet lab validation using plasmid construction and fluorescent protein reporters in bacterial systems.
