Microbial Metabolite Analysis and Tumor Microenvironment Interactions
Interns will utilize metabolomics techniques to identify microbial-derived metabolites and their effects on glioblastoma tumor microenvironment. They will analyze how bacterial metabolites influence immune cell infiltration, angiogenesis, and therapeutic resistance through in vitro co-culture experiments and mass spectrometry analysis.
