Thermal and Mechanical Property Analysis

Interns will conduct differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and mechanical testing (tensile, flexural, impact) on polymer samples to determine glass transition temperature, melting point, thermal stability, and mechanical strength. They will correlate molecular structure with observed thermal and mechanical behavior.
