Treg Cell Differentiation and Phenotyping
Interns will learn flow cytometry techniques and marker analysis to characterize regulatory T cell populations from patient samples. They will conduct experiments to identify and quantify CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ cells and study phenotypic variations associated with different differentiation stages.
