Metabolomic Analysis of Organoid Development
Interns will conduct metabolite profiling using mass spectrometry and NMR to investigate metabolic pathway changes during organoid differentiation and maturation. This includes analyzing energy metabolism, biosynthetic pathways, and identifying biomarkers of organoid quality and developmental stage.
