Soil Microbiota Profiling and Biogeochemical Cycling
Interns will collect soil samples from various environmental contexts to study microbial populations involved in nutrient cycling, decomposition, and biogeochemical processes. They will perform DNA/RNA extraction, conduct metagenomics analysis, and correlate microbial abundance with soil properties.
