CRISPR Screening Platforms for Target Discovery and Validation

Interns will design and execute large-scale CRISPR loss-of-function or activation screens to identify novel therapeutic targets for specific disease phenotypes. Work will include sgRNA library construction, high-throughput screening methodologies, bioinformatic analysis of screen data, and functional validation of identified candidate genes.
