Forced Degradation Study Design and Method Development

Interns will design and execute forced degradation studies under various stress conditions (thermal, oxidative, photolytic, hydrolytic) for pharmaceutical compounds using HPLC-GC. They will develop and validate analytical methods to identify and quantify degradation products, following ICH Q1A(R2) guidelines for stability testing protocols.
