Cancer Cell Culture and In Vitro Tumor Models
Interns will develop and maintain cancer cell lines and three-dimensional tumor models including spheroids and organoids. They will conduct drug sensitivity assays, proliferation studies, and characterize cellular behavior to model tumor biology and test therapeutic interventions.
