Functional MRI Data Processing and Analysis
Interns will learn to preprocess and analyze fMRI datasets using tools like SPM, FSL, or AFNI to identify brain activation patterns during cognitive tasks. They will work on image registration, motion correction, and statistical mapping to understand neural correlates of behavior and cognition.
