mRNA and Lipid Nanoparticle Vaccine Formulation
Interns will participate in designing and formulating mRNA vaccines encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles, including optimization of lipid ratios, particle size, and stability. They will conduct characterization studies using dynamic light scattering, transmission electron microscopy, and in vitro transfection efficiency assays.
