Hodgkin-Huxley Model Implementation and Parameter Optimization
Interns will implement the classic Hodgkin-Huxley model for action potential generation and optimize its parameters using experimental data. They will conduct sensitivity analyses to understand how ion channel properties affect neuronal excitability and compare simulations with electrophysiological recordings.
