Molecular Biomarker Analysis and Gene Expression Profiling

Interns will conduct qPCR, Western blotting, and RNA sequencing analyses to identify disease-associated biomarkers and gene expression changes in neurological disorder models. They will work with bioinformatics tools to analyze transcriptomic data and validate findings related to neurodegeneration pathways.
