Monte Carlo Simulation of Brachytherapy Dose Distributions
Interns will use Monte Carlo simulation software (MCNP, GEANT4, or similar) to model dose distributions around various brachytherapy source geometries and materials. They will validate simulations against experimental measurements and investigate the effects of source design parameters on dose delivery accuracy.
