Depth Dose Profile Analysis and Modeling
Interns will analyze percentage depth dose (PDD) curves for megavoltage photon beams using ionization chambers and film dosimetry. They will develop computational models to characterize dose buildup regions, maximum dose depths, and dose falloff patterns across different beam energies (6-25 MV).
