Detector Performance Characterization and Calibration
Interns will evaluate the performance of X-ray detectors (including flat-panel detectors and scintillation detectors) by measuring key parameters such as detective quantum efficiency (DQE), modulation transfer function (MTF), and noise characteristics. They will develop standardized calibration procedures and quality assurance protocols for clinical imaging systems.
