Metagenomic Data Visualization and Comparative Microbiome Analysis
Interns will develop bioinformatic pipelines to compare plant microbiomes across different species, cultivars, soil types, and environmental treatments using statistical methods and advanced visualization techniques. They will create interactive dashboards, conduct multivariate statistical analysis (PCoA, NMDS), and generate publication-quality figures to communicate microbiome composition and diversity patterns.
