Probiotic Metabolite Production and Bioactive Compound Analysis
Interns will culture selected probiotic strains under various fermentation conditions and analyze the production of beneficial metabolites including organic acids, bacteriocins, and immunomodulatory compounds. Techniques will include HPLC, mass spectrometry, and microbiological assays to quantify and characterize bioactive substances.
