Deep Learning for ChIP-seq Data Analysis and Peak Prediction
Interns will apply convolutional neural networks and other deep learning approaches to analyze ChIP-seq datasets for identifying protein-DNA interaction peaks. They will develop models to predict novel binding sites and validate findings against wet-lab experimental results.
