Whole Genome Sequencing and Comparative Genomics of Resistant Strains
Interns will perform Next-Generation Sequencing on antibiotic-resistant bacterial isolates and conduct bioinformatic analysis to identify resistance-conferring mutations and genetic markers. They will compare genomes of susceptible and resistant strains to map evolutionary pathways of resistance development.
