Caspase Activation and Signaling Cascades
Interns will investigate the molecular mechanisms of initiator and executioner caspase activation in apoptotic pathways. They will perform biochemical assays, Western blotting, and fluorescent substrate analysis to measure caspase activity and study their role in proteolytic cleavage of downstream targets.
