Molecular Biology › Cell Cycle Regulation Checkpoint Research
DNA Damage Response and G2/M Checkpoint
Interns will examine how cells detect DNA damage through ATM/ATR pathways and activate G2/M checkpoint mechanisms involving p53 and CHK2 kinases. Practical work will include studying checkpoint recovery, apoptosis induction, and the role of p21 in cell cycle arrest.
