Interns will investigate and characterize unintended genomic modifications resulting from CRISPR-Cas9 targeting. They will utilize bioinformatics tools and sequencing data to identify off-target sites, analyze their functional consequences, and develop strategies to minimize off-target activity through guide RNA optimization.
