Evolutionary Population Genetics and Selection Signatures
Interns will examine genomic evidence of natural selection, population bottlenecks, and demographic history using polymorphism data across populations. They will calculate Fst values, Tajima's D, and other population genetic statistics to understand evolutionary processes shaping genetic diversity.
