Genomic Mutation Analysis in Tumor Samples

Interns will learn to identify and characterize somatic mutations in cancer patient samples using next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis. They will work with bioinformatics tools to detect novel mutations associated with specific cancer types and their clinical significance.
