Single-Cell RNA-Seq Data Processing and Cell Clustering

Interns will work with scRNA-Seq datasets to perform quality control, normalization, dimensionality reduction (PCA, t-SNE, UMAP), and unsupervised clustering to identify distinct cell populations. They will learn specialized tools like Seurat or Scanpy for single-cell analysis workflows.
