In Vitro Transfection and Cell Uptake Mechanisms
Interns will conduct cell culture studies to evaluate transfection efficiency of chitosan nanoparticle-gene complexes in various cell lines using fluorescent-tagged particles and flow cytometry analysis. They will investigate cellular uptake pathways, including endocytosis mechanisms and intracellular trafficking patterns.
