Photoacoustic Signal Optimization and Detection Methods
Interns will investigate how nanoparticle composition, concentration, and laser wavelength parameters affect photoacoustic signal intensity and quality. This includes hands-on work with PAI instrumentation, signal processing algorithms, and optimization of imaging protocols to maximize contrast and resolution in tissue phantoms and biological samples.
