Interns will conduct in vitro experiments examining quantum dot cellular internalization, subcellular localization, and fluorescent imaging in biological systems. They will employ confocal microscopy, flow cytometry, and fluorescence imaging to evaluate QD performance in biological environments and assess cytotoxicity.
