Deep Learning Model Development for Pathogen Detection

Interns will develop and train convolutional neural networks (CNNs) to identify and classify infectious agents in histopathology and microscopy images. They will work with existing datasets, implement preprocessing pipelines, and validate model performance against ground truth annotations from pathologists.
