Immunohistochemical Profiling and Molecular Markers

Interns will analyze hormone receptor status (ER/PR), HER2 expression, and Ki-67 proliferation indices to classify breast cancers into molecular subtypes (Luminal A/B, HER2-enriched, Triple-negative). They will correlate immunohistochemical findings with histological patterns to support subtype determination and prognostic assessment.
