Karyotyping and Metaphase Analysis
Interns will perform chromosome preparation, banding techniques (GTG, QFQ, RBG), and manual/digital karyotype analysis to identify numerical and structural aberrations. They will develop skills in recognizing pathological chromosomal patterns and correlating findings with clinical diagnoses in cancer and genetic disorders.
