Pharmacogenomic Variant Classification and Annotation

Interns will work on identifying, classifying, and annotating genetic variants associated with adverse drug reactions using bioinformatics tools and databases. They will learn to use VEP, ANNOVAR, and PharmGKB to predict variant pathogenicity and clinical significance in drug metabolism.
