Cardiotoxicity Risk Assessment in Targeted Cancer Agents
Interns will investigate cardiovascular adverse events associated with HER2-targeted therapies, tyrosine kinase inhibitors, and other precision medicine oncology agents through systematic literature review and database analysis. This includes developing risk stratification models and identifying patient susceptibility factors for cardiotoxic outcomes.
