Single-Cell Epigenetic Analysis and Cell-State Classification

Interns will work with single-cell epigenetic datasets (scATAC-seq, scNMT-seq) to characterize cellular heterogeneity and classify cell states during reprogramming. This includes dimensionality reduction, clustering analysis, and trajectory inference to map the reprogramming pathway at single-cell resolution.
