Disease Modeling Using Patient-Derived Organoids
Interns will generate organoids from patient-derived or disease-variant stem cells to model genetic and neurodevelopmental disorders. They will compare mutant organoid phenotypes with controls and use computational analysis to identify disease-specific cellular abnormalities and therapeutic targets.
