Virulence Factor Expression and Biofilm Formation in Veterinary Anaerobes
Interns will study molecular mechanisms by which anaerobic pathogens produce toxins, enzymes, and biofilm structures that enhance animal infection establishment. They will employ culture techniques, enzyme assays, and microscopy to evaluate pathogenic potential of clinical isolates.
