Interns will investigate how neural circuits in animal brains encode and retrieve learned behaviors through laboratory experiments and neuroimaging techniques. Work will involve studying synaptic plasticity, neurotransmitter systems, and behavioral conditioning in model organisms such as rodents or invertebrates.
