Complement Activation and Cell-Based Cytotoxicity Models

Interns will investigate how biologic therapeutics activate complement cascades and trigger antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) using cell-based assays and complement activation biomarkers. This work will involve evaluating the functional consequences of immune complex formation and their role in adverse immunogenic reactions.
