Interns will utilize computational tools and databases to predict T-cell and B-cell epitopes within biologic sequences, analyzing immunogenicity risk factors early in drug development. They will learn bioinformatics workflows, HLA-peptide binding predictions, and machine learning approaches to identify highly immunogenic regions before experimental validation.
