mTOR Signaling in Immune Homeostasis and Dysfunction

Interns will investigate mTOR pathway dynamics in various immune populations and their metabolic consequences, including studies on mTORC1/C2 balance in T cell memory formation and the role of metabolic checkpoints in autoimmunity. They will use inhibitor studies and genetic models to understand therapeutic targeting of immunometabolic pathways.
